Well, today is the day I brew my first all grain, the Greenwood Rover Shiver Me Bitters. Getting everything together. Starting in a couple hours.

Yeah, it's a piece of cake. Just hit your temps and don't panic about anything!

Well, mash was almost perfect, held 155 (wanted 156) for the whole hour. Pre-boil volume was right on. Forgot to get pre-boil gravity.

My first full volume boil resulted in my first boil over. Managed to burn my foot.

Mid boil now...

Congrats on the first AG. Get the Fermcaps. Boil overs can be a thing of the past.

I just need to cut the too off my keggle and not have to worry about it. Boil is done, waiting to cool.
