I am new to recipe creating, and was wondering what people thought of this oatmeal stout. This will also be my first all grain brew. It's only a 3 gallon batch because i don't have a big enough brew pot and if it turns out bad that's 2 less gallons to drink.

LBS.
Pale malt 3.625
Oatmeal 1
Roasted barley .375
Caramel 120L .75
Chocolate Malt .625
Victory malt .375

Total 6.75

I have not settled on hops or yeast yet so suggestions are welcomed.

I think Victory malt is possibly not required there. I would add it to the base malt, or dump victory and go half pale and half Munich on the base malts. Maybe up the oats or Crystal malt a bit.
