Just finished brewing this. I've been wanting to do one for a while now and finally got around to it.

Measured OG 1.078
Grist
10 lbs Muntons Lager Malt 2L
3 lbs Avangard Pilsner Malt 2L
1 lbs Briess Munich Malt 10L
.5 lbs acid malt 3L
Hop schedule
1oz Columbus 16.4% 60 min
1oz NZ Green Bullet 12.5% 20min
2oz NZ Nelson Sauvin 11.4% 0min
Yeast
WYeast 2487 Hella Bock, Big starter
Pitched at 54* and thrown in the ferm fridge set at 50*
Mashed @ 149* for 75 mins, didn't have time to do a decoction mash today wanted to but well see how it goes.
Will probably end up dry hopping at some point with more nelson or maybe galaxy
Super excited for this to be ready around summer
