Yes, wash on "gentle" and reuse.

They may eventually(10-20 brews?) develop small holes/tears and need to be
replaced.
 
I use a nylon paint strainer bag and I just dump out the grains, rinse it in the sink and hang it to dry. Once dry you can rub off any grain particles that have stuck to the bag, turning it inside out to get all of them. I've used on bag until it got hole worn in it. BTW, paint strainer bags (available at Home Depot et al) come two to a package for less than $5.
