Perfect brown ale taste, slightly sweet, slightly dry finish
This is what I call my Nutty Professor Ale, all I can say is its very Good, nice blend of malts


FERMENTABLES:
14.5 lb - American - Pale 2-Row (67.4%)
3 lb - American - Victory (14%)
1.5 lb - Belgian - CaraMunich (7%)
1.5 lb - Canadian - Honey Malt (7%)
1 lb - American - Chocolate (4.7%)

HOPS:
1 oz - Magnum, Type: Pellet, AA: 15, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 25.71
4 oz - Fuggles, Type: Pellet, AA: 5.2, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 12.93

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Infusion, Temp: 155 F, Time: 45 min,
2) Sparge, Temp: 168 F, Time: 60 min,
