I have only made a braggot so far and going to make a JAOM, but planning to make a "normal" mead after that. I have limited access to nutrition here in SA, only DAP and Servomyces Yeast Nutrient. How big a difference is there between ferm k and servomyces?
 
Fermaid K includes DAP, and it seems that more and more mead makers are getting away from DAP and therefore away from Fermaid K. So if Servomyces is the only other choice, then I would go with it. Follow the direction for dosing.

I may have to try some.
