I have questions regarding how you all brew it. How much do you use for a standard up of coffee? I am still tweaking the roast, but since I am in it to win it I thought I would start seeing what the pro's do. Rock On!!!!!!

I think a good rule of thumb is 17:1 water to coffee, by weight. You could go 15:1 if you like your coffee a little stronger.
