2.75 gallon AG Irish Red ale. 1.059 OG. Nottingham dry ale yeast pitched at 66* wort temp.. 24 hours later it’s full steam at 72*. Had to swap out airlock for a blow off tube and the beer in the airlock smelled foul. Beer has stable temp now at 71*. Manufactures packaging says ideal up to 72* but seems like everyone else thinks otherwise...I need somebody to tell me everything is gonna be okay.
 
I've had Notty get up to 75 with no detectable off flavors. Should be fine.
