Seem to be lots of these threads right now, but I wanted to share too.
Just finished drinking my first brew. It came from a Coopers Stout extract kit.
Sat in primary for four weeks, then in bottles for three so far. Put a six pack in the fridge last night and just drank the first one. Quite nice taste and fairly well carbonated. A keeper. My son got me started, he is a quite accomplished all grain brewer, but lives 600 miles away. The help and advice from this forum kept me going. Thank you!

I've got a Brewer's Best partial mash Holiday Ale kit in bottles now and another Coopers extract Stout in the primary, so getting the pipeline filled up!

Thanks again.

Thanks for waiting long enough for the beer to finish.

So many of these post are: fermented for 5 days, secondaried for 5 days, Bottled 3 days ago and my beer is flat???

Congratulations on the first.

I was going to urge you to get more started, but see that that is already taken care of.

Happy Brewing!:mug:
