not sure how this one will turn out, first I had a boil over within the first 15 mins, much of the hop matter seemed to be over the side of the pot and on the ground. second my partial mash stuck due to the high ratio of oatmeal to grain. I managed to get 2 ltrs of wort to drain off of the partial mash. as my extract/hops and wort boiled I quickly whipped up another bag a grain to basically steep in another pot, then added it. I also added more hops due to the boil over..
the taste of the wort once boiled tasted good and seemed to be the right pre fermentation taste.. not sure ill be able to replicate if it turns out great though..
