I have a stout that's stuck. I don't really care that it's stuck because it tastes wonderful and is >8%. My question is, if I decided to bottle this anyway, do I prime or what? If its a stuck fermentation will it prime?

I hope the info is not overkill.

Give the fermentor a little rouse, then possibly add some brown sugar to get it unstuck. If you use cane or brown sugar for priming it should work, but it’s probably best to try to get the yeast to finish up.
