Since all you southerners have already started brewing, and we're finally getting rid of the last of our snow :cross:

Here's what I'm planning (alphabetical, since I have no idea what order I'll actually go with):

* I have brewed this at least once already.

I am most excited about the Honey Nut Brown, the English Mild, and the California Common.

What about everyone else?

I started brewing in January on my stove top. Doing 5 gal AG. Im waiting to do the 10 gal stuff outside. No real schedule right now because Im trying to finish this degree.

I'm not sure if you mean that you only brew in the summer, or if you're just talking about summer beers. ;)

As for my summer beers, well so far it looks like this:

Already brewed:
1. Honey Rye Ale
2. German Pilsener
3. Ginger Saison (possibly going to be served at a restaurant opening)

Upcoming:
1. Sorachi American Wheat (tomorrow)
2. Session Brown Ale
3. Vienna Lager
4. Some sort of Smash
5. Starting my winter beers

I brew all year round, except when we're gone to Texas as "winter Texans". I brewed:
January: Bohemian pilsner, APA
Feb: Gone
March: IPA, amber, oatmeal stout

I imagine that next will be anothe IPA, and then I'll brew a cream ale for spring (but more likely my fizzy yellow beer), and probably an APA because it'll be getting low by then!

I'm about to bottle my first 2 really soon they are an Apa and oatmeal stout
Going all grain probably after another partial just due to setting up and aquiring equipment. I have plans for :
Belgian wit
Belgian strong dark
Another Apa
Ipa
And a cider

I'm sure il probably end up doing 3 of these in April because brewing is addictive

...

It's not that I only brew in the summer, but my stovetop isn't powerful enough to do AG, so I only brew outside, and I wait until pretty much all of the snow is gone to start for the year.

ill post a given picture of my excel sheet! (all esimates)

but this is what i have right now..

Im kinda a scheduling "whore" so i make everything out to the T, this is what im looking to do.. trying to keep on schedule (plus my friends drink like fishes so i have to keep the beer flowing.

to show (red is primary, yellow is keg condition and dry hop in keg, and blue is time in keg (assuming amount of time it would take to kill it))

I don't really have a scedule but I usually like to do an IPA 2out of three brews because I like them. I will also throw a few wheat beers in the mix, another Saison and maybe a Belgian Tripel. Later I will do a few stouts, porters and heavier beers for the cooler months.

I have brewed more since January tha ni have in the last 3 years. Gotta w8 for all 5 primary to clear out b4 i plan any more. Once i have the funds built up however i have a 3 beer belgian parti-gyle planned

Chinook IPA (freshly on tap)
Sinistral Warrior IPA (Dry hopping on Tues)
Bourbon Porter (my bday present to myself in Oct.)
ESB

All from Northern Brewer but I just bookmarked the link to Yooper's California Common recipe. Thanks for linking it and thanks to Yooper for including the necessary replacements to do it as an extract.

I don't schedule my brews that far in advance... I have my next two pretty much figured out, just not 100% which I'll do first.

Dirty Blonde Ale
Big Honking Barleywine (name TBD)

I'm also working on a breakfast stout recipe, a braggot, another cream ale, a mocha porter, brewing my first old ale again as all grain (was mostly mash the first time)...

Still in process is my wee heavy and Double Tap ESB. My honey cream ale is about to be bottled up (been on the yeast for a month, just need to check on it before deciding it's actually ready for bottles). I also need to rack my hard lemonade onto another can (or 2/3 of a can) of concentrate. I'll let that ride for about a week, before it gets primed and bottled up.

Just brew when ever I feel like it. Though I do plan on keeping the pipeline full this summer. It is hard to brew here in 95* weather, because we keep the A/C in the mid 70's during that time of year.

I want to brew at least these 3 this summer:

an American Amber, an Octoberfest, and a Saison of some sort.

beerloaf

I just have a regular stove and 30 degrees and below I brew inside, over 30 I brew outside. I'm in Wisconsin and made 25 gallons so far this year and brewed outside only once so far.

Holy schedule, there, rustbucket. I think I need you to do my kids' summer camp schedule!!

Our "house brew" is currently Ginger Honey, which means I do a different variation on it about every 2 months or so. The next two variations are slated to be some sort of Raspberry/Lime and then Lavender when the lavender bush outside springs into action.

I want to do a Saison, judging from the higher temps allowed on the yeast.

I know I want a Scottish Ale, like Belhaven.

I'd like to do something with blueberries too.

Other than that...I'm just at the point in brewing where I am realizing that the yeast makes the beer, and assessing what I am limited too as the temps climb.

I don't have a schedule, but my next 3 brews hopefully in the next 6 weeks will be:

Irish Blonde
ESB
A re-do of a Belgian Wit I kegged today. Carrumba I had issues with it.

Just did my first of the year(it was too cold but i toughed it out)...just a middle of the road ale for friends to drink. I have the ingredients to do a scottish 70ish that id like for the fall, then a couple of simple APA's to try out some new-to-me hops. Sorachi ace and citra namely.

That spreadsheet is a little intense for my taste ;)

I never decide what I'm going to brew until I'm at the LHBS buying grain...

Don't really have a full summer schedule yet. But to start:
Honey Wheat
IPA
SA Black Lager Clone
Mexican Cerveza
Belgian WIT
Red Stout

I've been wanting to do a Belgian Wit... Care to share your recipe? Have you done it before?

I have 27 recipes in my "To Make" folder.

Sunday/Monday I'll be building my electric brewery, so I should be starting next week. My ferm fridge has been unplugged since before Thanksgiving!

I brew all year round but sporadically depending on my schedule. I have the following in mind which I'm hoping to get done in the next month or 2.

Imperial Stout
Marzen
Berliner Weisse
Saison
Want to do a new IPA so that will be somewhere in the mix.

I brew year round ... indoors in the kitchen ... cause I can... SWMBO is totally okay with this!!!
American Brown Ale -- April
Cream Ale -- April
American Pale Ale -- May
IPA -- May
Oatmeal Stout -- June
Vienna Lager -- June
Oktoberfest -- July
after that ?????????? open to suggestions an all grain a Porter for my little brother and a dark lager for my older brother?

I can do 2 brews a month ... if I had more fermenters I could do more..
wishes...
