Hello

Tonight I was brewing a batch of Northern Brewer's Spiced Winter Ale. Got the wort into the primary fermenter and realized that I never added the mulling spices at the end of the boil.

Can I do anything to save the batch?

Thanks
Todd

I'm still new so would defer to the experts, but couldn't you just boil up the mulling spices in a half liter or so of water, wait for it to cool and then add the "tea" to your fermenter?

I was going to suggest the same thing as RMM. It should be close enough, part of this hobby sometimes is working with what you got and this is one of those times. I think it will be fine. You can always dry hop the spices for a more aromatic effect.

I will be bottling this this weekend and hopefully tasting it on Thanksgiving. Thanks for the help!
