Hi everyone, my name is Tony, and I'm from Cornelius North Carolina (That's near Charlotte).
I brew mostly Oatmeal Stouts and Scotch Ales. Generally, I prefer heavier, darker and more bitter beers, except for the summer, when I go for lighter and more thirst quenching beers.
My wife is a wine drinker- almost exclusively, so I get to drink everything I brew, except for the brew I share with neighbors and friends.
I'm pretty new at home brewing, so I am looking forward to learning from you all, and maybe making a few new buds who appreciate this most excellent of hobbies just as much as I do.
