Hello all! Been brewing since 1993. Started with canned kits and sugar, then all malt. Made the jump to all grain recipes about 4 months ago. My wife complains about the 3 - 5 hours spent in the kitchen depending on if I am doing 1 or 2 batches. She realizes it is worth it when she gets a taste weeks later. Good thing I am not bottling 60 - 120 bottles each time.
