Hi all, I am about to brew and realized I forgot to do a starter!! I have some saison wlp565 yeast I washed from a batch almost two months ago. I have about a half pint of yeast, is that ok? Do I need to wait and make a starter?

If you have a stir plate then fire that puppy up with a 2L starter and pitch it in when it's at high krausen, IMO you still want to verify the yeast is still good after a couple months, most Likely it is but why risk it
