Hey Guys
I brew Mangrove jacks kveik as a go to , but for some reason Kveik isn't available , so , if I was to take a run of the mill IPA and drop a couple of Kveik yeasts into it would give me the Kveik punch
 
What exactly are you looking for? Ester production? Typically people use kviek for the speed and broad fermentation temperatures that it’s able to work through without throwing off flavors or fusel alcohols.

Mangrove jacks kviek is Voss if I remember correctly, so you could grab any other yeast propagator’s Voss strain and produce the same beer (or very similar).

If you are looking for the esters, I would actually suggest trying a high ester English strain like London ale 3 or similar.
 
There are other yeasts out there. You should try them.

Knowing what you want out of the yeast and the conditions you ferment in should help you pick a suitable yeast that is available.

I've not seen any advantage to kveik to put it on my list of yeast to try yet.
