Hi!
I need your help please, this is the second time I have tried to ferment an Ale, and nothing.
The kit I have is from BrewFerm Plus, and I used an extract from Coopers Bootmaker Pale Ale.
I followed exactly the recommended procedure, I even bought an aquarium heater to keep the temperature of the must.
What happens to me is that after 72h waiting for a fermentation, I open the FV and no yeast to float. It's like they've drowned.
I don't know what else to do, I feel like giving up.
Thanks in advance.

yes: OG: 1046

I believe checking the current gravity and comparing it to the OG is the only reliable way to tell if any fermentation has truly happened. Just sanitize everything and take a new gravity reading, carefully.
