I'm on day 4 of BubbleWatch 2007, with no airlock activity in sight. There was a bit of excitement on Day 2, but that ended in some slight movement and no bubbling.

In a stunning move, I've decided to become a beacon of patience and understanding to any other beginners out there and am simply relaxing, not worrying about it, and drinking my first batch (honey kolsch turned out great! little twangy, but that's fading with time).

Sigh. I just with the durn thing would give me one little bubble and make me feel better.

Are you fermenting in a bucket or a carboy?

Have you checked the SG, to see if fermentation has started?

Plastick bucket.

The Gravity has dropped, so I guess it is fermenting. It just had really little airlock movement.

I started at 1.052 and I'm currently at 1.011

Here's hoping!

It's done.

Anything much lower and it will start tasting like piss water....sorry bmc.
