I'm brainstorming ideas for my next beer, need some help:

I was thinking about brewing a 5 gallon batch of wheat beer but adding maybe 1/4 or 1/2 pound (not sure how much) of lactose to it during the boil. Then adding 3 pounds of frozen blueberries and 3 pounds of frozen blackberries to secondary and racking on top of that for 10 days. I'm hoping the lactose can add a little more sweetness and creaminess to the beer
