Hello,

New brewer here, I've really only messed around with kits from NorthernBrewer and I'm looking to move on. Any thoughts on what type of brew I should move onto? I'm really only used to 2 stage fermentation.....
Love all styles of beer though.
Thanks!

Extract or all grain? I'm always a fan of a nice pale or a hoppy Amber.

after I brewed the kit that came with my starter kit, I just grabbed a receipe and ran with it. Unfortantly I have not brewed the same beer twice yet. I did just brew a Boston ale clone, if it comes out good I’m planning to make that my regular brew. But I am also still trying to figure out which ones I like, there are just soooo many.

That's a pretty open question. What do you mean but what type of brew? Different recipes or different techniques? There are tons of recipes available here in the recipe section.

If you are looking for different techniques, sky's the limit. Making your own beers from extracts and recipes is different from kits as you have more choices to explore. Going from extract only to extract plus steeping grains to partial mash to full all grain is a progression in technique.

Great thoughts, thanks everyone. Yeah, that was a bit of an open question. But I meant a different technique, and I do think I will try all grain. I will also check out the recipe section. Thanks everyone!
