Just bottled my first batch. Can not wait for the 2 weeks to b up. Made a wheat beer, i tried a sample when bottling and it tasted good. I already named it wicked wheat. Looking forward to planning my nex batch, maybe a porter. The local supply house also brews and gave me a sample of his porter...best one i ever had.
I was very nervous brewing my first batch, i think i sanitized everything like 3 times. It was a blast. I really liked the aroma of the hops. Do see room for improvement in my process. I am glad i made the purchase at a LBS, he gave me alot of help getting started.
