hi evry1

hello from the uk hope all is ok.......with every1.....i found this site thro yahoo putting homebrew forum in search bar.

i have just made my 1st canned brew and its all cloudy :mad: i fermented it for 2 weeks and have had it syphoned in a plastic barrel for 2 weeks. could some1 please tell me what i have done wrong and wether its safe to drink. (ive tasted it and it has a good strong taste) :confused: i used an off the shelf northern brew and followed the instructions.

It doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong. Just maybe don't have enough equipment.

Do you have a glass carboy or a second plastic bucket to transfer to?? If so, then transfer it but try not to get any of the sediment from the bottom of the primary. Once it's in the secondary (container) it should start clearing.:D

i have plastic......... i will try putting it in another barrell and c what happens. thanx for that..... im also new to forums dont use them much and it looks like ive posted in the wrong place.............:( bear with me ppl :) please
