OK so I just started making cider have always liked drinking it. So here's my questions my dad always made cider and tasted good but he no longer makes it He said he did nothing to it just uses unpasteurized cider ran through a uv light and let it sit till easter What's your thoughts on this? Also I was wanting to play with it a little and try to get some BlackBerry flavor in one batch how would I go about this Also would like tips on keeping my cider on the sweeter side
