Hi everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself and meet some other brewers. I'm hoping to meet other brewers in the Maryland area and get an active group going. I just made a Maryland Brewers group, join it if you live near/in the state!
I'm just finishing drinking my first beer, a Brewer's best chocolate stout. I'm currently fermenting a pear-apple cider, and this weekend i'm starting a brewer's best pale pilsner lager.
This is an addictive and wonderful hobby, and I'm excited to move from extract/kit brewing to all-grain recipe invention in the spring!
