My name is Joe and I live in Austin, Texas.

I am a newbie, with 2 batches in the primary and no finished product under my belt, yet.

I was very impressed the first time I stepped foot in there! I have friends who brew in Dallas (where I lived for 30 years) and prefer to get their supplies from AHS, rather than the local shops in that area.
