Just got my kit put together this month and man I've got the bug. I wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciate this site as well. I have been burning hours sifting through the posts on this site and every day I find new and excellent information.
I got my kit 2 weeks before christmas and so far have brewed two 5 gl runs;
- a Wit that is bottled
- a Porter that is in the fermenter
I also picked up a Sanke keg and cut the top out and am making use of the links provided here to gather the stainless parts for putting together my MLT for all grain brewing
I can't believe how many times I have to visit the carboy and look at this thing.
Thanks for providing such a great source for us newbies.
