Hi, everyone. I've been brewing since I bought my kit in May 2011. I currently have my third batch in the secondary, which is an Oktoberfest that will be ready for bottling on 9/17. My first brew was Dead Ringer IPA from Northern Brewer. It came out pretty well. My second brew was an American Wheat kit from Northern Brewer. I decided to try different flavorings, so I put 1ml of peach or blackberry flavoring in each bottle. I ended up with 18 of each flavor and 13 unflavored. All of those turned out well, though I prefer the flavored ones to the unflavored.
