Morning all. The world traveler just got back from her first out of states travel (Toronto) and brought me some micro brew from north of the border. Wonderful coffee porter that was darker than a moonless night. This of course got me itching to dust off my brew stuff.
I started brewing in early 2000 with the crappy supper sugar kits. Then I learned the joys of mashing. And even attended a gathering on the home brew day while living in ATL. I've never made a decent batch of beer, drinkable, but not decent. It's been three years since my last batch so I am starting from bottom of the learning curve (not that I made it that far up before falling off).
Woke up this morning and thought, hey I bet there is a home brew forum out there! I was right. So here I am. Looking forward to conversing and learning how to become a better brewer.
Brian
