Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jon and I like beer.
I brewed a couple batches using a friend's setup and pre-packaged recipes from my local home brew store. I decided to take the plunge and buy my own gear. I have my first real recipe (with the help of my friendly LHBS) in secondary right now. It's an IPA and should be ready for bottles this week. In all of my excitement, I forgot the Irish Moss. So I picked up some fining gelatin, but I'm not exactly sure when to add it (24 hours before bottling?) I don't want to suck all the yeast to the bottom before bottling.
