New Zealand Hops/Recipe

Hi guys,

I'm lucky enough to have some family coming back from New Zealand in a few weeks that are going to bring back some hops for me.

Any suggestions on hops combinations/recipe?

Looking at Moutere, Rakau, Riwaka but open to suggestions

I would say, they could bring anything they get their hands off. Pretty everything is / going to be uber nice.

Riwaka is a great hop that is popular in regional pilsners as well as pale ales - Emersons Pilsner is a popular example. Nelson Sauvin is popular in IPA's. Brewdog use a lot of NZ hops in their recipes.

Thanks for the replies, ended up getting 100 grams of each, Moutere, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. Now to figure out a recipe. Emerson Pilsner looks good

I've used Nelson Sauvin as late and flame out in a Belgian Golden Strong that was very good.
