I have a Rye Ale that I do every year using Hallertau. I have 4 oz of New Zealand Hallertau that I plan on using.
Will I notice a big difference using the New Zealand? The recipe call for 2oz @ 60 and .75oz @ 15.
I am thinking of backing off the initial addition (maybe 1.5oz) due to the higher AA content.
Any thoughts?
