I just took the first bottle of the first batch that I used my new wort chiller on out of the fridge and there is not a bit of chill haze, and I didn't use any irish moss or whirlfloc!
The new chiller is just a 50' long 3/8" diameter coiled copper tube. I stirred as it chilled, and it cooled a 5 gallon batch to 70 degrees F in 7 minutes! I think the stirring helped a lot (basically whirlpooled it). This just proves that you don't need anything fancy to chill quickly.
