servus alles gut, I am new to brewing and thought I should give this a try, My favorite beer is hofbrauhaus hefeweizen so my main focus will be the hefeweizen beers. I am looking for recipes clone's and tutorials. YouTube with 100's of veneration's has not been much help and some recipes don't explain well.
