New to reusing yeast

So I just threw my 7th batch in the primary and am thinking about what to do next. It came to me that I'm really tired of buying yeast when it seems like I do not have to.

I've looked around and cannot seem to find a nice, easy explanation.

How do I save and reuse yeast? (sanitation, storage, starting up again, etc)

There are few different methods, of varying complexity and purity of the results. The yeast washing thread mentioned above is one method and has served HBT well.
