New to kegging

Hey guys,
I am thinking about buying a keg system tomorrow but want to make sure I have all questions vetted first. So I know that you don't have to keep the keg refrigerated (don't have spare fridge yet) but from what I understand, you have to increase carbonation to account for the temp. Is this still the case if I fill a growler from the keg and then refrigerate that?

If the keg is fully carbonated, cooling the beer doesn't change the carbonation level. Fill a growler (leave minimal headspace) seal it up and stick it in the fridge and you'll eventually have a nicely carbed cold beer...

Your problem is going to be dispensing carbonated beer that's not chilled. Lots and lots of foam.

You will likely need a bottle/keg filler to fill the growler "correctly". You can buy one or make one.
