Hi All,
I am new to forum but have been making my own alcohol for a while now I started when I was living in Saudi Arabia making wine, beer, and also had a small still so was making corn whisky also made quite a bit of vodka and gin, I am currently in Brunei and have started to make wine again as it is a bit of a pain getting it here I am allowed to bring it with me into the country but only 2 bottles per 48 hours (silly thing is I am allowed 2 litres per 48 hours that can be anything wine scotch vodka etc!!)

at the moment I am just making a simple rose wine with shop bought grape juice with a few cranberries and couple of apples and I had a cinnamon stick in but only for the first week (much stronger than the ones I get back at home Newcastle) and it has been turning out rather well, I am also going to try my hand at rice wine I have a friend here who game me a taste of her grans rice wine and it was fantastic so waiting for her to return from China with the recipe and instructions I will let you know how I get on with it once I have it but think it is a very quick process from starting to drinking, and its quite strong:drunk:
