Hello, figured I'd at least make an introduction while I lurk here. I'm new to homebrewing, just got my stuff this weekend and am planning on starting tomorrow since we have a snow day - unheard of. I'm a student at the University of Illinois in Champaign and one of my good friends brews so he kind of got me into it.
My first beer will be the Lemon Coriander Wiess from midwesthomebrew. Hopefully it turns out great!
