Hello all!
My name is Kevin, and I'm pretty new to brewing. I like doing some of the weirder stuff in all of my hobbies. I have just finished some Apfelwein (Thanks be to Ed Wort). Next I shall be trying some lambic-esque framboise, and starting with some Dandelion wine come spring/summer. I hope to start some stouts for the coming winter this fall, and am very excited. I live in a large household, and my housemates are quite enthused that I have taken on such a giving hobby. I can't wait to read and learn more.
