So I have a Amber Ale in my primary right now. Pitched the yeast and took a hydo reading. Reading was right around 1.046 or so and it started fermentation as normal (so I read). Temp has been right around 66 degrees for the last several days. It has been 10 days since I pitched so I decided to take a hydro reading. My reading was 1.020. Im not really posting this because Im worried, Im more so posting this because I want to learn.. Is this a normal hydro reading for an ale ten days into fermantation?
