I found a recipe on line and I am adding the hops because the recipe did not have any but it is this

10lb pilsner 2 row
2lb caramunich
1lb cara pils
.5lb white wheat
And I am adding
.5oz saaz 20 min
1oz saaz 10 min
.5oz saaz 5 min

This is for 6 gal 5.4% abv and 11 IBU
Ant thoughts on this recipe would be appreciated thanks

Agreed with both previous posters, to counter the sweetness, I'd throw in an oz of a bittering addition @ 60 min. You could leave your hop schedule the same after that.

I don't have a yeast yet I want to try and make some thing my father would like he is not into craft beer and I was thinking a simple pilsner style would be good and I know he doesn't like bitter Beer so if you have a suggestion on the bittering hops and yeast I appreciate the help ant is 1 lb of cara pile to much? thanks

I just bottled 2 cases last night I used Nottingham for the yeast I trued what I had for my gravity reading and I think it will be a nice smooth drinking beet
