This is a Czech Amber session lager I brewed. Style is called Polotmave Vycepni, meaning "dark-light" and is a blend of dark (Cerne)and light (Svetly) beers done in the pubs on ordering.

How did you ferment your beer? I usually do 2 weeks at low 60s, then lager at ~35ish for 3-4 weeks in a new vessel. Comes out very clear.

Here's my blonde lager, it's far better than I would have imagined. Great head retention and the gelatin cleared it really nice. This was one of the 6 bottle conditioned brews from this batch.

Fermented at 63F till krausen totally clears and then into secondary and cold crash for 3 weeks at 37F and then keg and add gelatin to keg for further clarification.
