Thanks to my sister, this huge plate chiller went from cooling milk on her farm, to cooling another item on the food pyramid... BEER.. It works great, takes wort from boiling to 70F in one pass, it only used about 10 gallons of water, and took about 2 minutes. I used to use about 50 gallons with a coil type of chiller, and it would take about 20 min to cool.
