New Northern Brewer mash tun cooler?

The larger cooler seems nice. Not sure if they're available separately though as the smaller one isn't really needed. Would probably be better off with a red rectangular one for the money.

I have the "older" version from NB. Its ok and does the job. Get yourself a Brew Bag or you will probably have some stuck sparges from time to time. You can also build one, they have all the valves and parts at home depot.

I don't really need the liquor tank with the valve or anything since I batch sparge all the time. Any cooler should suffice for that.

This package seems absurdly over priced to me. I made my system from a 48qt chest cooler for less than $20 worth of hardware plus the cooler. I realize this is a bit bigger and probably a bit better engineered but wow. $329. I love NB but this seems a bit pricey.

2 of these and $50 in stainless parts and an hour or so of your time. half price system.

That much money sure would buy a lot of base malt. Look into BIAB and put the money saved toward the grains. Grains make the beer, not the fancy outfit.

Good Lord, thats high. I mean like $275 high. They must have added in labor cost.
