My name is Thomas and I'm from Houston. I've been brewing beer and making wine/cider for the past 25 years. I'm currently looking to downsize my operation so if you are near the Houston area and looking for equipment keep an eye on the classified forums. Also looking for information on small batch brewing (approx 1 gal).

Welcome to HBT. I can't help much with the 1 gallon batches smallest I've done is 2.5 gallons. I'm sure there are plenty of members here to help you out

Welcome to the group!

As mentioned there's plenty of small batch brewers here. It should be fairly easy to downsize since you already have lots of brewing experience, just need smaller capacity equipment.

If you use brewing software you should be able to convert your existing recipes too.
