I'm surprised there hasn't been any discussion on these boards about Valley Malt in Western Mass. I just received my 1st shipment from their "malt-of-the-month-club" which looks like 50lb of organic pilsner malt, 1lb honey malt, and 6.25 lb light crystal. I'm looking forward to brewing this weekend!
