Hey guys, I'm Zach from NE Indiana. Right now my first batch is in primary; I'll probably bottle it after two weeks given the FG is stable. So far I've been reading a lot on the HBT forums, but I've also been getting advice from the homebrewing subforum on BeerAdvocate, How To Brew 3rd ed., and my girlfriend's dad (who got me into this in the first place). I'll probably stick with my current equipment (5 gallon SS kettle) and extract brewing for at least the next year. Brew On
