Hi everyone! First off, I'd like to thank everyone on the forum for making this place such a vast source of good information and beer conversation. I have loved beer since I was *cough* 21, but I didn't become an enthusiast/geek until about 6 months ago when a friend back in my CA hometown invited me over for a brewday and a session including Jolly Pumpkin's Bam Biere, a few Pliny's, and Black Xantus. I was blown away, to say the least. I filled my iPod with gigabytes of Brewing Network shows, and started homebrewing almost immediately. I started with BIAB, but moved to partial mash soon afterward. So far, I've brewed an IPA, a cider (turned into applejack), a Belgian Single (RR Redemption clone), and I have a cranberry/orange ESB? in the primary. Cheers!
