New Homebrew shop in Hartford?

SWMBO told me that someone at work mentioned a new homebrew shop opened up a few months ago on the Hartford/West Hartford line. That was all she got, no name or more specific area.

A search on the Google didn't turn anything up - not sure if this is true, has anyone heard anything about a new Homebrew shop opening in the Hartford area?

Haven't heard- there is one I go to in southington and a big one in Monroe. Haven't heard about Hartford though, must have got lost in the news under the 19 murders this year

There are two shops in the Hartford area, Brew Wine Hobby in East Hartford and Beer and Winemakers Warehouse in Hartford.

Correct. I've only been to brew and wine hobby. They're good guys there. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I've also heard good things about the other place.

They are both good shops, each with its own strengths. The guys running both are vry nice and very helpful. See my post in the "Brew and Wine Hobby" thread further down in this forum.
