Howdy all. Erik here...newbie from North Carolina. Have my second batch ever finishing up primary now, and getting ready to transfer it to secondary with some blood orange puree for a week or so. This one seems to be going better than my first attempt...fingers crossed. I am already planning to make it again, just as all-grain next time. I figure that for not too much extra work over extract, why not just go all grain now, ya' know?
